Would building Cars Land in DHS have fixed things?

Should Cars Land have been built in DHS, instead of what's currently happening now?

Thought I'd throw something out there. Imagine just how different it would have been if Cars Land was cloned in DHS, like rumors were indicating over 10 years ago. I wonder if we'd be dealing with a similar issue with another IP replacing the Rivers of America.

What do you all think? Would DHS and Magic Kingdom have been better off if Cars Land had been built alongside Toy Story Land and Galaxy's Edge? Would some thrilling E-Ticket have replaced the Rivers anyway?

I don't think the current management likes the idea of using space for something that doesn't sell Lightning Lanes. Don't get me wrong, I think Tom Sawyer Island gets way too much flack for being being crowded because it seems like it's not MEANT to be crowded (it becomes much less enjoyable that way), but the kind of mindset that considers that okay is gone.

So I think the river and island would have died anyway.

We probably would have dodged the idea of Cars on Frontierland, but with them seeming to be very against having anything fitting in there we probably would have had something else equally as incredibly stupid.
