Of course they are. If they aren’t, they don’t stay wealthy. Anyone can **** away a fortune.
I’d be happy to test out this theory, if anyone wants toOf course they are. If they aren’t, they don’t stay wealthy. Anyone can **** away a fortune.

lol ok.
Lottery winners are not old money. There's some statistic about the crazy percentage of lottery jackpot winners that end up bankrupt within 5 years of winning. One of my business partners would 100% be bankrupt within 5 years of winning a lottery, no matter how big the prize is. He has a personality where, no matter how much he earns, he spends at least $1 more.
Exactly. People who spend like drunken sailors go broke, no matter what their starting point is.Lottery winners are not old money.
Important distinction there. At some point it is actually hard to lose money.Exactly. People who spend like drunken sailors go broke, no matter what their starting point is.
I’m obviously not talking about billionaires here.
Yes, well billionaires aren’t buying LLPP either, for other reasons.Important distinction there. At some point it is actually hard to lose money.
Billionaires, if they go at all, will book a VIP tour.Yes, well billionaires aren’t buying LLPP either, for other reasons.
If I was a billionaire I'd just rent the whole park after hours. Unfortunately, I think the closest I'll get is 2 orders of magnitude away if investments and retirement planning go well.Billionaires, if they go at all, will book a VIP tour.
That was my assumption as well. We’ll know for sure if they stay towards the higher end through the first two weeks of December.Pricing suggests LLPP has been selling as expected. Maybe a little better then expected
Well the only thing we know is that it has not sold out yet.Is there any data available as to how this has been selling?
Do we know if it can sell out? I believe G+ couldn't sell out when it first debuted.Well the only thing we know is that it has not sold out yet.
Can't sell out due to demnd? Can't sell out because Disney won't really cap the number of LLPP sold.Do we know if it can sell out? I believe G+ couldn't sell out when it first debuted.
Seeing those numbers, it's very obvious who Disney is targeting with this, and it is definitely not your average park guest. There's no obligation for anyone to pay this. However, I would be interested in seeing if the average wait times for guests who do not purchase this option has increased since this was available. If the overall park experience for the guests who do not have the means to purchase this is negatively affected because of people purchasing this, then that is a problem. For years, there have been upper-tier offerings that were an extra charge, but the existence of them did not have any effect on the average park experience. On Thanksgiving, the Lightning Lane Premier pass hits the max price for each park:
