Yes there could be. But they also don’t have to wait for 60 day mark to predict breakage. Which I’d guess is at least a small amount of breakage across all DVC, and more with the least popular DVC point picks at the largest resorts.

Beach Club is 3m points total, BW 5m, Bay Lake almost 6m, OKW and AKV about 7m each, and 14m at SSR. So Board Walk is likely to see more cash inventory than Beach Club villas due to size.

Just curious, what is the advantage of booking directly through Disney/TA vs using a site such as undercover tourist? It seems like whatever discounts are available from directly booking are passed down to Undercover Tourist.

On a side note BJs whole sale travel and Perkspot through my work is also cheaper than Disney.com

I just priced out 4 nights in mid November for a King Room at Port Orleans Riverside:

Disney Room only: $1,695.39 USD
Disney with 2 day park hopper (2 people): $2382.13

Undercover Tourist room only: $1438.54

Depending on the nights you are looking at I was able to actually beat both of those prices for the King Bed room at Riverside!! I also checked it with the theme park tickets and it is still coming up less than your total, but it might be equal depending on the days selected. Disney focused TA's such as all of the Kingdom Konsultant agents love Disney and know the resorts and parks as the fans do. Purchasing from a website or a large conglomerate type of booking doesnt get you the same level of knowledge and service that a family run agency like @Kingdom Konsultant can. Marie
