I've said this before, but I could hypothetically see a show similar to the Pocahontas show they had in Camp Minnie-Mickey themed to the Junior Chipmunks and hosted by Kronk. Unless they'd do that, yeah, it's a stretch.
The main characters of Pocahontas and Avatar are also not animals, but in focusing on the animals and natural environments in both films, they found a fitting place at the park. You repeat this point ad infinitum when it’s not a particularly good one. More relevant concerns exist.
I think it might be that or something to do with the Encanto show building itself as idk where they need a new retaining wall unless they're replacing the retaining wall by the Finding Nemo stage show building as it does look like they're keeping that seeing as it hasn't been demolished yet and the fact it doesn't seem like it's going to get replaced based off of that permit.

The drawing shows where a new retaining wall is required. You can see the chamfered corner of the existing wall in the underlay. The line between the green and yellow above that is where you need a new wall to support the portion of the berm that will remain. They could also be replacing portions of the existing wall.
