DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Based on the plans, I estimated that the Encanto show building will be about 74,000 square feet. For context, the Haunted Mansion show building, another omnimover ride, is about 45,000 square feet.

I’m sure Encanto will have a larger indoor queue than Haunted Mansion, but even with that in mind, this will be a fantastic addition to DAK.
I’m more excited for the encanto ride than the Indiana jones one

New photos. More of the queue for Triceratop Spin has been demolished -

I am too - though I do think the existing Indy is a better version that what Dinosaur was so do view that as (potentially) and upgrade as well. But the Encanto ride could be really unique and "special" vs just a very good attraction
I’m a little confused about what you’re saying mind clarifying?

I can try :)

The ride system for Dinosaur will be reused for Indy and is the same as the Indy ride at Disneyland - which I found superior to Dinosaur and I am optimistic the Indy ride version at AK will be at least as good as the Disneyland version - meaning this will be an upgrade and a very good attraction ... but something that has been done before and similar to another existing ride

Encanto will/should/could be something very unique and cool and of a very large scale and really stand out ... plus just the "unknown" of what it will actually be brings some more excitement to it. Guess the unknown is more exciting to me than a known quantity

but both will be positive additions to the park

Thank you for clarifying I think there may have been a bit of a word jumble in your original post no offense of course I wasn’t trying to say Indiana Jones will be bad merely that I’m looking forward to the encanto ride more

Except for “and” instead of “an” (an easy typo or autocorrect), it was fine. I followed 🤷‍♀️

I’m actually more excited about Indy because I already love the ride at Disneyland and I can’t wait to see what the new story will be with some modern tech to help tell the story. (And hopefully, again, Troy Baker to voice Indy because he did an amazing job in The Great Circle).

So where exactly is the encanto house going, just wondering if we will see some good shots of building work

Wonder when we will start to see it going up
The facade will essentially be where Primeval Whirl used to be. We'll get really good construction shots for as long as the Boneyard stays open, but then once they close the entire land then I feel like we'll just be limited to views from the area near Theatre in the Wild which wont be much.

We will see steel structures later this year but none of the theming work will commence before the rest of Dinoland closes. So, that all will be a surprise in 2027.

Of course, we still have Bio to fly over…

Based off the image above, you should see the Casita decently well as of now, though whenever The Boneyard, Restaurantosaurus, and Dinosaur closed (or if we assume Dinosaur takes down the entirety of Dinoland USA down with it), you probably won't see the Encanto attraction or the Indiana Jones attraction that well at ground level

As for when we can see the see the structure for Encanto go up, I could see it happening later this year maybe in the Fall or Winter

DSNY put this together using the diagram from the permit filed. The Madrigal House is pretty much right where the middle/covered part of Primeval Whirl was

I took that diagram and overlayed it on google maps and made it 50% transparent to show how it fits:
