No, there’s not. And it’s not actually going to be a lounge either. That’s just the disguise. This will be a new AA/intervention center to help the pirates overcome their addiction to rum with hopes of them becoming upstanding citizens of society.
Yes. Also Disney is pushing that looting and pillaging under $950 will not be felonies and not prosecuted.

So if it's a different room and not a redo on the original concept art (which, YAY!, because I think both look good) how big is this space because I thought this was gonna be a small room, and this seems like the size of maybe Docking Bay 7 would be my guest

The length of the space is almost the length of the former Piartes Gift shop you exited into, but with that said, judging by construction and the new concept art, it seems like part of the bar will be built into the gift shop.

Actually that is an idea I kind of like...lol a sort of bypass for the adults without kids.... A very well done Haunted Mansion version would be amazing....
You would be lucky to get premix punch in RFID cups let alone time and space to take in theming

In a new press release, Disney says the tavern is set to open in "late 2025":

A new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed tavern is set to open in late 2025 in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. This brand-new experience will extend the classic story and offer a welcoming haven for all pirate-kind, big and small. The tavern will invite bandits and buccaneers-to-be from every corner of the seven seas to raise a toast to the pirate life.

It sounds a bit like marketing is pushing for a mid-2025 and separate late-2025 package of new offerings to promote bookings as Epic opens. This project is being purposely delayed to open with Test Track 3.0

So will this be a lounge with a full bar like Nomad in AK? If so, it will definitely be a first for MK.

"Honey, we could book a Universal trip next fall and see their new theme park or wait and book WDW and see the Pirates bar, Spaceship Earth bar, a parade, and whatever they're doing with Test Track. Which one should we book?"

"DISNEY FOR SURE!!!!!!!1!!!"

It seems Disney released it early and removed it - you can find the updates now on the Disney Parks Blog:

I think Disney is just hoping Pirates/SSE/TT will be enough for you to add a day or 2 at disney that people weren't planning on.
