I know when I think of that location and it's proximity to Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge, the first thing that comes to my head is "Hey this is a great spot for a mid-rise modern apartment building or Fairfield Inn...."

Or a Tree STOMP Villa. Note: I said Stomp as the hovering tree tower is unpleasant Stomp in your face from miles. Forget the insult inspiration to TreeHouse Villas..
