Does Tortuga sell more than hot dogs and turkey legs?

I remember it being about even last year? It's one of the few places you can get turkey legs, but a lot of families would order both because not everyone in their group wanted a leg.
Also fun fact: all the pretzels, turkey legs, churros, and corn dogs for Frontierland are prepared in the TINY Tortuga kitchen.

Where are the Mickey pretzels at EPCOT made? They seem to taste a lot better, maybe fresher. HS and MK come with cheese dip and don't taste the same.

Mickey Pretzels in EPCOT are made in the kitchens on the backside of old Odyssey Restaurant. It's also a CM cafeteria.

Did they add an upstairs eating area? It looks from one of the pictures they did. Or am I just seeing things?

Photo update as of Saturday, June 9, 2018. The covered patio at Cosmic Ray's at the Magic Kingdom is completed. The new covered area is much larger than the original outdoor patio and quite comfortable.

I'll have to dig up an old photo of old view.
New photo shows it doesn't stick out too far past the teal roof line.
