Hi
I have booked a 14 day stay at the caribbean beach resort, the offer in England at the time was Disney's 14 day for 7 ultimate ticket, where you get a 14 day ticket for the price of a 7 days, but when I have come to make my fast passes it will only allow me to make 7 not 14, has anyone else had this problem and if you have did you manage to sort it out.

thanks

I thought you could only make 7 days at a time? I know our AP only allows to do 7 days. Maybe your ticket is the same?

That's normal.

Once you've made the first selection you can only select the following six days after that.

After you've used the first day, you'll be able to choose the eighth day, the day after that the ninth day and so on. You'll only be able to book within a 7 day window at any one time. When you're in WDW, assuming you use FP on your first day, that 7 day window will continue to move forward one day at a time.

Welcome to the future.

When exactly did this change? I last visited in May and had all 14 days of my trip planned out with FP's booked way in advance of arrival...

when did they change this? We just returned on the 28th upgraded our 9 day hoppers to APs and were able to book fps for all 10 days before we left IL.

Thanks for the replies everyone, i was just a bit confused as we went for 11 days earlier this year and had the same type of ticket offer, and i was certain I had made more than 7 Days for of fast passes at one time.
Guess I just need to be a bit more patient, again thanks for the help

Well I'm not a fan of this change. I and my DW went on honeymoon for 3 weeks last year and if i recall correctly we were able to book FP for every day we were there. FP availability on days 8+ is now going to be limited. Suppose it puts you on par with those who haven't planned a trip so far in advance, so it is fair in a way but still not a fan(being very selfish).

Wondering if this has actually changed as there hasn't been any official announcement of changes (unless I missed it?) and no one has come to the front and said when this did 'change'...

Sounds to me as if the system only has you down as having a 7 day ticket, because as an onsite guest you should be able to book fp's for the duration of your stay as long as you have a valid ticket to cover the length of your stay. There are different setups for AP holders. Check what type of ticket the system says you have if it only says 7 days get in touch with your travel agent asap to get it sorted.

We were there in Oct/Nov on the same ticket & I was able to book all my fastpasses at the same time once I reached the booking window.

I agree completely. The system should allow you to make FP selections for the length of your stay at a WDW resort, limited by the number of days of ticket you have. I.E., if you are staying 17 days but have a 14 day ticket, you should be able to make FP selections for any 14 days within your 17 day stay. Of course, if you're staying 14 and have a 14 day ticket, you should be able to make FP selections for all 14 days of your stay, because you have enough ticket to cover them.

Speak to your TA and get it sorted. I'm sure that ShareBDwithMickey is correct, that MDX thinks you only have a 7-day ticket.

Want to test it? Cancel all FPs for one of the days you currently have booked, then try to make selections for your last day. If it works, that confirms that it's the length of your ticket that's the issue, not the length of your stay or some arbitrary FP booking limit.
