You have to be checked in before bags are taken to room. So if you hop off the DME bus and hop right onto the MK bus, you're bags won't be to your room until you get back for the night and checked in.

Today's been much better getting guests out of the airport. Wait times are dropping and getting to the resort much quicker today.

No word on when bags are arriving.

I'd drop the term "Express" from the phrase for the time being. Here's my experience from this week (May 2 - 6).

I used Mears for my arrival on Monday (Disney Magical Express bus and driver however). It took 1 hour 45 min from the time I sat in my seat on the bus at the airport until I was off loaded at Coronado. I didn't expect anything since it technically wasn't the magical express service. However, during the week I received a call from the DME folks saying they didn't have my flight info to schedule my DME return. I gave it to them and was told I would have the departure info in my hotel room by that next morning. I didn't get it until late Thursday night and had to ask repeatedly to get it. I was told that I should allow a 3 hour window for the DME bus before my flight time. My flight was scheduled for 7:30pm, thus the 4:25pm bus. At Coronado, there were people waiting at the bus stop, the 4:25 bus never showed, and the cast member was on the phone with someone stating that the last 2 buses (3:55pm and 4:25pm) didn't arrive and there were guests waiting that were well within their departure window and needed immediate transport to the airport. A bus finally showed up at 5:00pm. We made 4 other hotel stops. Yacht/Beach, Dolphin, Swan, & Boardwalk. All was going well and very quickly until the bus driver nearly caused an accident at the Dolphin and a couple got out of their car and threatened the driver and used extensive profanity. Next at the Boardwalk, there was a MASS OF PEOPLE waiting for the DME bus and a fight nearly broke out when some of them walked towards the bus and 2 large families began yelling at others - "HEY! Get back, we've been sitting here waiting for this bus for over 2 hours!" Some heated words were exchanged between 3 men and a couple of women. It took nearly 15 to 20 min for us to get underway again after loading all that luggage, and the bus then was filled (with crying, screaming, and generally poorly behaved toddlers), which had only been about 10 to 20% full prior to stopping at the boardwalk. I was finally dropped off at the A side terminal at 6:15pm for my 7:30pm flight. 2 hours after waiting at the Coronado for the "4:25pm" bus. I understand that there were to only be 3 or 4 hotel stops for each bus and a scheduled time for departure for each guest. I was simply told to pick a time with the 3 hour window as a suggestion. In conversation with others around me, no one was told what time to be at their stop, simply "just choose a time you're comfortable with." Thus the potential for overcrowding seriously exists as it nearly happened with the Boardwalk stop. The video screens were never turned on as we were told on the arrival bus that they were to provide information and entertainment during the ride. On the arrival ride, the driver simply had a DVD of Monster's Inc playing. On the departure ride.... nothing during that ordeal. Just the Video system logo.

Sorry for the lengthy post - but there you go - -the good, the bad, the ugly.

Although I am sorry you had such a bad experience, being that this is the first week of a never-before-seen-service, errors are expected. I'd say by June, all the kinks should be out.
