4 Months to go and still nothing planned

hi guys i posted a few months ago about my bro in laws 40th birthday. i'm looking for cool things to do with him for this milestone birthday.
we are going to book a boat for illuminations,
wheres the best bbq/smokehouse in orlando?
any ideas what else we could do to celebrate.
5 adults 3 kids on the trip.
anyone done the exotic car driving at disney speedway?

DH and I have done a Segway tour a few times and it's awesome, I highly recommend it. Enjoy your trip!

Depending on how old the kids are, or if the adults can sneak away, the keys to the kingdom tour was one of our favorites years ago. You get that special feeling of being "in the know."

I don't know about outside of the parks, but some of the best barbecue I've ever had was at Flame Tree in Animal Kingdom.

I have done the Exotic ridealong at Richard Petty and cant recommend it highly enough. The cars are like watching pieces of art and it wwas pretty incredible. I preferred to have someone MUCH more experienced than myself driving but you can also drive these cars as well, you will love it!!! Marie
