I know that they pressure wash the streets each night at WDW. Do they do this in all of the parks all over the world or just WDW???

They don't pressure wash every night. Years ago they used to do it more often but now it is really only trouble areas they do more then once every few weeks. That is one of those Disney park myths like they repaint things every night or the Mickey floral is replanted each night. 3rd shift at this point is more about basic cleaning and upkeep which now runs into the day....ever seen a painter out on the EMH's, yup bad show but less expensive.

I wouldn't call it a myth, as these things used to be done every night.

I've personally tested the repaint "myth" during every trip. In years past, it was repainted by the next day. On my recent trips, only sometimes has it been fixed.

Main St power wash IS done every night - otherwise, why are there large puddles when I enter first thing? (I notice, because my crutches tend to slip)

They still power wash all hotel/resort walkways early each morning - I've seen it on my way to get coffee.

I was going to say I don't think it's a myth I have heard from multiple cast members that in the 70's that's how much upkeep was really done. Those were the pre-eisner days and when there was only one park to maintain.

Pretty sure they still pressure wash nearly every night, at least, the main areas. Why else is the pavement always wet at opening, even if it didn't rain?

Every inch of concrete at the MK is hosed down every night. Pressure washing is done on a cycle across the park. Hose down and pressure washing are two different things.

This is correct. Every bit of pavement in the parks get some type of hosedown each night. This is why the pavement is still wet if you enter MK in the early morning. "Pressure Wash" is done on an as-needed basis (greasy food stains on the pavements, etc.). They also "Hotsy" or "Mow" different areas as well (bringing the pavement back to it's original brightness). They also have mini street sweepers called "Tennants" which will be used sometimes on delicate or decorative areas (Example: Epcot in the breezeways and on some bridges).
