3rd Gate

Considering that IoA is filled, and USF is being filled (adding more WWoHP, Transformers, and a rumored e-ticket in the kid zone) do you think we'll see a third park from the resort?

If so, what are your ideas for a 3rd park?

IoA and USF are far from filled.

USF still has a very large expansion pad between MIB and Simpsons. KidZone needs a redo, and there are a few smaller replacements that are needed.

IoA still has large expansion pads in JP, Seuss, and empty space in Toon Lagoon.

As it stands now, the resort has no room for a third gate, nor does it really need one.

2 resorts are fine. They should just focus making them even more amazing by each and every addition (which it seems like they're already doing).

Oh I heard that with a Mt. Crumpit coaster coming in IoA that'd be good for them (JP still needs another ride now that i think of it) and apparently KidZone is getting bulldozed while a Springfield is apparently coming in that 'large expansion pad'

Springfield isn't going into KidZone. A bigger (but not huge) Simpsons area is going in next to the Simpsons Ride where the Kwike Mart and restaurant now are.

Oh yea. WDW in no way needs a 5th park.

Of course, I still think the 4th park was a mistake.

Correct and it would be placed in between Royal Pacific and Cabana Bay if it did happen. Just trying to figure out the lease terms for WetnWild, which plays a huge part in a opening timeline.

I think regardless of the lease terms with Wet N Wild...they should get this project up and moving in the next few years.

How big is the plot of land they're looking at? I think this park needs at least 50 acres or more to really be a game changer.

I'm still surprised that Cabana Bay is going on the bigger available plot. A water park needs more land than a hotel. I doubt Cabana Bay will even use that entire plot.

^Well, BB is about the same size as the second plot, So i'd say where still good.
