Me again. My 3 year old is a star Wars nut like me. We have been watching The Jedi training at DHS on You-tube and my Son goes nuts.

Does anyone know if there is an age cut off to be chossen for Jedi training?
Im not 100% sure he'd go for it anyway But I figured someone here will have the answer.
BTW Im 42 years old and when I watch Darth Vader come at the kids with the Light Saber in hand I get A little nervous. I was 10 when A new Hope came out and I guess it had an effect on me that I still carry today. Pathetic I know.

More than likely he will be right on the edge of too young but to my knowledge there is no minimum or maximum age. The main thing that the Jedi Master is looking for is energy from the kids. If your son makes it well known that he wants to do it there is a good chance that he will be picked. You will want to get to the show real early so you can be front row which will also increase your son's chances.

Good luck and may the force be with you.

As long as the young Padawan's metachlorine count is up there and the Jedi Master senses the force is strong in him, he will be chosen!!!!
Seriously though, plan for a few shows in case he doesnt get chosen on the first go around, as there is limited space in each class. Belle

Sorry Bell, I can't resist. :)

His meta-what? chlorine ? Is that some sort of Jedi pool water treatment

OK, I will go away now. It late and for some reason I just found metachlorine extremely funny.

OK definitely spelled it wrong. As per the Urban Dictionary:
1. metachlorian
a fictional cell that exists in the body of Jedi and Sith lords.
It seems that your metachlorian count is very high Obi-wan.

I may have spelled it wrong but that is a measure of a Jedi's abilities near as I remember. Masteer Yoda, care to shed some light on this? Belle
As always my dear Belle. You were referring to midi-chlorians which in the Star Wars universe are a microscopic life form that resides in all living cells and provides a connection to the Force. The more midi-chlorians you have in your cells the greater your connection to the Force.

Anyone been Watching the Clone Wars on Cartoon Network? I liked the older ones alot and Think the newer cgi animated series is even better maybe a little less edgy but I still love em.

I have been watching them. I caught the movie on premiere night as well as the two episodes that appeared on the cartoon network last weekend. So far I really like them. The animation is much richer than the original Clone Wars series as are the voices and audio. It will be interesting to see how long the story line holds out before it becomes repetitive.

Yeah they seemed to have boxed themself in. The story and timeline between episodes 2 and 3 is pretty key stuff. Ive been hearing about the Clones Wars since 1977 nice to have a little clarity.

I think they have to be 4...

My son was 3 when we went last December, though he didn't want to go up. We go in 2 weeks and now he's very excited to go up. I believe I read that you have to be 4, but I don't know how strict they are about it.
