I think it will be a little busy that day but not crazy. If the word really starts to get out about the 25th tag then I think alot of people will show up in the evening(CM's and locals) for it. It usually seems to get busier in the evenings anyway during Food and Wine from the locals showing up.

Oh absolutely....i would wager that more then 80% of the crowd in attendence that day will be "Disney Park/ EPCOT geeks" like myself.

:sohappy:

While I also doubt there will be 80,000+ guests at Epcot next Monday, it would still be interesting to learn how many people were there compared to a normal early October weekday. Might it be double?

I gues i'm the odd one out who sees abbreviations as whole words - thus when i speak, i say the words. Exception being TTC.

I just drop words...

"Haunted Mansion" => "The Mansion"
"Magic Kingdom" => "The Kingdom"
"MGM/DHS" => "The Studios"
"Expedition Everest: Legend of the forbidden mountain" => Everest

Or syllables...
"The Poly" (Polynesian)
"The Tempo" (Contemporary - a throwback to it's proposed but never used "Tempo Bay Hotel" name)

I think it's because I worked there but I have a hard time not referring to the parks by their full names.

The Disney-MGM Studios
Disney's Animal Kingdom
WALT Disney World

and many many many many guest refer to Magic Kingdom as "disneyworld" and the rest of the parks by their names. It drove me crazy!!!
