That sounds delightful! And a little chaotic. I've never gone to Disney with 21 people, except for school trips.

We have done a couple of trips with big groups. The trick is make sure everyone has a good time. We don't all do tbe same things at the same time.

This sounds great! I wish we lived close enough like you to have just a bit of a ride but not annoyingly far (would take a day and a half for us). 21 people sounds fun. Have an amazing trip.

Its about 10 hours for us. So its not to bad. You make stops for gas and food, so it breaks it up a little. Its a drive I think I can do in my sleep now. I have driven it 11 times.

Not to sound negative but 21 friends and family to me sounds like a stress full vacation. I'm not passing judgement but that is a lot of people to make happy. The plans sounds fantastic, but I have to ask how did you get the fastpass for BOG lunch? Will be watching for the report and hope to learn about how to deal with large groups and make sure everyone has a good time. Have a wonderful time.

Everybody for the most part has their own plans and agendas. We have a couple of the same dining reservations but not many of the same FP+. I imagine every day we will start out together then at some point go different ways.

For BoG, we got an email for it. It took a few tries to get a fastpass though. Others have gotten the email and have not been able to get a fastpass.

Some alterations to plans. Me and my family will be arriving on Saturday night. We will spend Sunday in DTD and I haven't been to Disney Quest in 15 years I believe. Really looking forward to that. The others will be arriving on Sunday.

I'm also from Nola and went to WDW last year for Mardi Gras. Had a good time but decided to stay home this year. Have fun and let us know how it goes.

Yes. We got in yesterday afternoon and went to Splitsville for dinner, drinks and to let the kids bowl. Just checked in to CBR and eating a little breakfast. Heading to Hollywood today.
