20k site play area???

According to Mouseplanet (http://www.mouseplanet.com/parkupdates/wdw/wdw050328.htm), the old 20k site will be a soft play area for kids called 'Pooh's Playful Spot'. Also says it should open September. Anyone know any more?

Close. It is being turned into 100 Acre Woods from the Pooh stories, and will be used as a character meet and greet area. I don't know whether there will be a play area inside it or not, anyone know?

could be, I won't count on anything until I see it, at least the area will be used for something. also if it dose happen, I believe that could utilize only 1/10 of the space they have there leaving the rest for something else later on.

I think they wanted to fill in the lagoon and a Pooh meet and great & (maybe) playground was a fairly cheap way to use the land for the time being. If a reasonable proposal comes up for a new attraction in the future, I'm sure Disney's not going to fret too much about having to pull out the playground and meet and greet facilities!
