The offerings at the food and wine booths look great. The Hall looks like the reception area of a convention center. That's really off-putting.

Its kinda depressing looking honestly. so much could have been or still could be done there... but wow they have botched this communicore hall imo

Back to the main topic... I am looking forward to being able to try a couple of things next month. Swinging in for an evening, maybe a half-day on a different day depending on how some other things pan out.

I was more inspired by the festival center being in the Wonders of Life building. There was merchandise, demonstrations, exhibits, etc. This looks more like EP-Mart.

Their inability to deliver on any of the promised festival decor both inside and outside has been weird. Even what was there for Flower & Garden clearly wasn’t designed for the space. The proportions were all wrong on that Birth of Figment planter flanked by oversized ugly artificial daisies.

USA being all hot dogs is a cheapening of the festival and a bad representation of USA in my opinion.

Menus made me hungry so that’s a good sign. Strange mix of prices - some of them seem about what I expect but a few are like “Wowzers”
