Remember when Toy Story: the Musical was rumored to take the place of Aladdin at Hyperion?

Given there's currently a vacancy at the theater, and there's no such thing as too much Toy Story to today's execs, I wonder if that's the surprise being alluded to.

Or it'll just end up being a 4town concert at the Fantasyland Theater and only the most extreme Pixar stans will be satisfied.

Disney has shared images of what the Pixar Fest Marketplaces signage will look like.

So.....PTN just Rotten Away?!?!?!?!? Just like MK's Spectro??????

Who's running these Parks????? Actual Disney People or ABC News??????,

Well assuming this person is an insider, he said to his understanding PTN is never coming back, At least in its original form. Now assuming he threw out a hint and going back to something that was mention on here awhile back that the location and content might not be accurate, not sure if there’s a connection there.

Maybe...I just don't think it's right to destroy a 2015 Parade! Hopefully I'm reading this wrong!.......

A day late on this, but to me Pixar Fest always read like Disney deciding they had to have a summer promotion but not wanting to have it be a huge thing as it was sandwiched between the Disney100 celebrations and the 70th next year (even if we all assume they'll hold off on that being huge with the 75th right around the corner). Throw in major refurbishment work around HM and the TBA conversion, and I completely understand why they decided to go off the shelf and bring back a lackluster summer promotion for this year.

Doesn't mean I'm happy with it, but selfishly I'm hoping it will keep crowds lower this summer as a result.

That, and they can also promote their relaunched Pixar hotel in the process.

It is arguably an organic reason to bring PF back by modern Disney standards if viewed from that lens.

Its not PTN:

We got that because you and other vloggers are “speechless” and the only thing that we can think of that’s slightly Pixar related that would warrant such a reaction would be Disney surprising people with PTN. Granted, it could be something completely new. If it’s new and a surprise that Disney didn’t advertise I have to doubt that it’s that amazing.
