So Week 1 is in the books... a few takes-

Pac 12
- Georgia beat a so called real Pac 12 Team....and beat them bad
- Florida beats a chic Pac 12 pick for the CFP
- Pac 12 had 2 of their big boys lose....and those two MUST win out now to have ANY shot...maybe USC could make noise

ACC
- NC State struggles against a lesser East Carolina .... you might recall that creepy mustache that went there as well as Wash State
- Clemson Starts with GT tomorrow

Big 12
- Someone fill in any news here

Big 10
- Ohio State wears down a respectable Notre Dame
- Michigan routs

SEC
- Georgia Smokes Oregon
- Bama Beat somebody bad
- Florida beats a third rate Utah
- LSU plays FSU today....lets see what they look like with a real coach

Next week has some intriguing games...

Heard that...guess those two still have skin in the game

One of the most overused/stated points in those two going to the Big Ten would be Rutgers is closer to Iceland than LA.......rarely does one hear the corollary Michigan is closer to LA than Rutgers is to Iowa

Fox doesn’t want to contend with other games later in day. Marketing game as Big Noon Saturday . When I was working in a hotel , Wake Forest had a game at 1pm. Wake up call for the players was at 5am, breakfast at 6am

Andrew Marchand of New York Post says on today's Marchand and Ourand podcast that ESPN and Pac 12 are far apart in rights renegotiations. Not surprising since ESPN and Fox are seemingly prioritizing Big 12 negotiations right now.

And if the Big 12 rights renewal turn out to be a substantial increase, there's zero chance any of the remaining Pac 12 schools will stick around, since the conference won't get anywhere near that kind of money.

One of these days they’ll be a tell all about Tua….it’s not exactly a secret what was happening at Bama back then…

Can’t believe Saban let all that go on…so bad Tua lost the Heisman due to the internal antics

Tennessee......it's now the BOTTOM 25 Poll for you

You need to:
1) Run the Table
2) If #1 fails, root for Bama!!

Every year we hear Bama doesn't have a resume...doesn't play any ranked opponents.....they beat ranked opponnets early, but those opponents always fall out of the Poll....while chump low lifes fill the Bottom 25 Poll

the Poll fix is now going to hurt Tennessee as Bama is the ONLY ranked team you've beaten.....the bottom of the Poll is going to be littered with the likes of Tulane, NC State, North Carolina, Illinois ..... etc....NOT Florida, LSU, or Pitt(Teams you beat and were RANKED when you beat them)

So, you STILL HAVE TO RUN THE TABLE....you aren't getting in with:
1) a 1-Loss Regular Season resume with the loss being Georgia
2) not winning the East^^^
3) NOT going to the SEC Championship

You could still go if you are Undefeated going in to the SEC Championship and losing to Bama ....... BUT BUT BUT, if has to be a loss to Bama....it can't be Mississippi.....no way Tennessee and Mississippi BOTH go
