NASCAR made an announcement that the amount of off the wall pit crew members goes down from 6 to 5. The difference is NASCAR is only allowing one tire carrier per team with the other tire carrier gets released. NASCAR did this announcement the day before Thanksgiving.

Or the extra member of staff gets a sideways promotion.

NASCAR legend Bud Moore died at the age of 92. Bud was a legend in NASCAR for being a 2 time cup championship and won a NASCAR championship with Buck Baker as a crew chief in 1957. Bud had been a part of NASCAR since its early day's to around 2000.

Besides being a legend, Bud Moore was rightfully called an American Hero. Bud Moore was called a hero for what he did in World War II. He received 2 Bronze Stars and 5 Purple hearts.

Bud was involved in famous events that I read about in books and on tv back in the 1990s. He was involved in D-Day, and Battle of the Bulge as part of the army. He was only 19 years old when D-day happened.

NASCAR got some bad PR from its award show based. What happened was Brian France appeared to be in a hurry and didn't shake Martin Truex Jr's hand despite giving him the championship.
This is what I am referring to for Martin Truex Jr:

Here is Brian France barely shaking Dale Jr's hand and being in a hurry:

I'm hoping that Brian France's behavior at the awards ceremony was only due to bathroom, or stage fright. If it is not, I'm hoping he will get help.

What I'm indicating is Brian France might have been drunk or high on drugs during the awards ceremony in Las Vegas for the cup series. There is a little bit of proof with Brian France having a possible drinking problem in the past.

This is an article that mentioned what crimes the France family got away with in Daytona Beach:

http://www.daytonapost.com/2010/04/grandson-of-nascar-bill-france-gets-off.html
That article starts out with Brian France's cousins got off drug possession and driving under the influence due to a technicality before mentioning Brian France not getting charged with dui. Brian France in 2006 was driving recklessly and almost hit another car, but the cops didn't stop Brian before he was in his house admitting to the police officers that he was driving drunk.

That also was rumors that Rumors I found online that Brian went to rehab for drugs in the late 1990s under an assumed name.
