An HD remake of soarin, should be worth one more ride. Then I'll skip it like I do now. 3rd best attraction in that building.

Can't be too far off to announce Yacht Club Villas. I mean, it IS the only remaining Deluxe without its own DVC wing, lol.

Man, I hope that never happens!! Leave Yacht Club as it is, please.

I've never understood any big distinction between Beach Club and Yacht Club. Practically a shared property. Access to the same pool and beach. Already has DVC on one side. Adding anymore would certainly overwhelm the pool, parking, bus service, et al.

There'd just be too many people walking around, ruining the quietness that makes the Yacht Club really cool. It's always so nice and quiet.

And exactly what you said.

I dont see why the Orlando parks have to increase pricing every year(sometimes twice a year). Most seasonal parks keep their pricing the same or only increase it by a dollar if they add something new.

True.... but I think at somepoint it will hit a dollar amount that people wont. Or it will price some people out.
Locals or people who go often will probably stop going as much, or they'll just by passes more often (which is more money in theme parks' wallets). However, I don't think people will ever stop. Florida is such a tourist state for people both in and out of country. They're going to come no matter what.

As long as they are making good money of the people who are coming, I don't think they will care if certain people are priced out.
Plus, Disney has strategy... They're raising their one-day ticket prices on purpose. Why? They don't want you to come for a day. Sure, if you buy a multiple-day ticket, there is usually a deal. But hey, the longer you're there, the more time you have to buy food, and souvenir after souvenir.

On a serious note, regrading the prices increases. Disney clearly has NOT hit the price point that the invisible hand of the market is guiding it towards. The parks are jammed, the general public seems happy, and they are doing very well. From an economics standpoint, they should raise the prices further until they see a drop-off and then ease back down. Which is what I think they did with room rates, they raised them until they couldn't fill them and now they offer discounts galore to find the right market price. Just my opinion though.

That's why we buy annual passes and we live in Wisconsin! We plan 3 trips in a year span to maximize the value of it, plus we are DVC members so we get a discount. Currently using our Premium Annual Pass that they sold for $399, that is very reasonable when a 7 day park hopper cost nearly $350 after taxes
