Holy crap! They ask $20 on ebay! I considered getting one at one point, methinks I'll just wait. All the SW Weekends auctions seem to be at least double the price. I'd love to get one of the t-shirts but not at $50. That's crazy!

Yeah, it's really crappy in all honesty. It's not only gouging people who are unable to attend, but taking up space in the queue for legitimate customers. And it's not just one or two people doing this. It's several.

I remember, one year, a lady in front of me was spending $800 on t-shirts. I guess it's a business for some people. It kind of sucks but there isn't much you can do about it.

I have a friend who is a Disney store CM and he tries to hook me up whenever he can. Since my wife and I had a child, our WDW visits have gotten fewer and far between. So, my CM friend usually can find *someone* who is at the WDW during SW Weekends. I'm hoping he can find me someone for this year, we still have a few weeks left!

I went. Not impressed at all. That park is just in such sad shape. Tons of wasted space on streets of America and backlot. Come on official announcements.

Yeah, you can find it at most popcorn vendors, and at some places with ice cream. I can't remember how it is outside of DHS but it's definitely at DHS.

We got ours last fall at Backlot Express. It came loaded with a bunch of snacks but we definitely didn't pay those ebay prices!

It's a sucky bucket, too. There are too many nooks and crannies in the interior and you can't get your corns out.

So tonight's gripe during the Hoopla was the egregious amount of off-duty entertainment cast all the way in the front of the stage blocking everyone's view with cameraphones, ipads, etc and being generally obnoxious to guests.

Managers were spoken to. People were pointed out.

I guess instead of blacking out Cast IDs for the 24 hour event, maybe they should have blacked out SWW instead?

Talked with a merch manager about that. She was very nice. Disney is very ed about it and limits the "limited edition" merch to 2 items per person but they cant help the unscrupulous people who ruin it for everyone....

Hmmm good thing I'm going to have a flexible stay next weekend and three days of chances (well 2.5 since I'm doing the 24 hour MK event) to do what I want and meet the actors, and get the stuff I'd like.

Questions, if I make a reservation for the D-tech me experience, does that allow me to just go straight into the Darth Mall?

Also, is the AP discount in effect for SWW merch and the D-tech experience?

I did notice that, but you're right. I wonder how much this actually deters people.
