Does anyone know when Disney will notify the people it selected for the second round?

The new panelists will be announced on November 8. There are not exact dates for the next two rounds, however last year's dates can give you an idea:

Second round was announced on 10/13/09
Third round was announced 10/27/09
Panelists announced on 11/10/09
