About 10 members of my school ran the Half this year; said it was one of the best experiences they'd ever had. :D

If I had the time to do more training, I'd definitely consider the Half, though. No pressure to finish first with that many professionals and amateurs alike at your side.

Well I just registered for the half marathon. I have a question about spectating. My girlfriend is going to come for moral support, is she able to watch from different points around the track?

Thanks for your help.

In addition to what Speck just said, people line up all the road between the GF and Poly. She can't watch the start of the race, but she can also catch you at the Contemporary, then she can monorail to Epcot and catch the finish.

Just checking in to revive the thread. I'm sure everyone other than me is diligently pounding the pavement 5 days a week getting ready for January.

I'm having a hard time putting down the Halloween candy, but my punishment comes tomorrow night when the Tower of Terror 13K run kicks off at 10 pm.

Anybody else running this warmup for the half marathon? :D
