Next week (finally, we are almost there!!:) we are bringing my mother in law and 14 yr old nephew, both from France, to WDW. My MIL was there with us last yr and fell in love with the GF. She called yesterday and said I just "had" to make a reservation at Park Fare for dinner. I was able to get one but as I haven't been for dinner in probably 4 or 5 yrs, I wondered what they serve on the buffet now and what you really like to eat there. We will have kids that will prefer the kids buffet area but I dont know what is on it now, I remember that it was very different from the kids buffet at Chef Mickeys.

Are the Cinderella and company crew still there at night? I hope so!!

Thanks!!

we've been twice. the first time december 2008 the second time august 2011. yes, it's the cinderella characters there. both times we went we were hysterically entertained by the step sisters in particular. we liked the food the second time better than the first but we usually avoid buffets. i don't remember what we had in particular. interaction was fun both times.

We went for my 40th b-day. The interaction with the step-mother and step-sisters was hysterical. ONe of them wanted my b-day crown and threw a temper tantrum when I hid it on her. She got put in the corner by the step mother, then she came back and insisted on dancing with my then husband, but she said the usual waltz was too boring so they ended up doing this really wild dance.

I don't really remember the food although I do remember thinking that some of it was slightly different from the usual buffet offerings.

Hi Swissamy! Have fun at the World!

I was in Disney 3 weeks ago and had dinner at 1900 Park Fare. You will NOT be disappointed.

Characters: Anastasia, Drizzella, Cinderella, Prince Charming, and Lady Tremaine. The interactions are great, and Charming/Cinderalla have a dance, then invite kids up to dance with them, very cute.

Atmosphere: You're a the Grand Floridian, it's gorgous.

Food: All different salads, shrimp, soups.. Pastas, prime rib of beef, turkey breast, salmon, ravioli, pork loin. My favorite dish of the night, i forget what it was called, but it was a rice with this spicy chorizo sausage, outstanding. Kids buffett was standard... chicken nuggest, mac and cheese, pizza, vegetables. Desserts were also outstanding.
