I dunno, Common sense tells me not to be on or under a balcony with 50-60 people on it, especially when it's 3 stories up. Gravity is going to win out every time.

Sorry if I offended anyone! I didn`t know what kind of neighborhood it was in, all I knew was at first they were eluding to poor up keep of the balcony.

I dunno, its weird. I just find it hard to believe that the idea didnt cross anyones mind. I wasnt there, so I really cant say. I was more or less contemplating both sides up there.
