What a shame to hear that .It was the first resort we ever stayed at in 99 and it wa in tip top shape clean well kept housekeeping did a spectacular job alway's had something new to look forward to each night when you returned cause they would decorate with the twinkets you left hanging...

Yes the dues do fluctuate every year with alot of things playing a role in them .Like taxes, what kind of upgrades are going on at your particulare home resort and their forth. FEE,s and all it is still a great thing to have.

Went to Disney first time in sept of 99 enjoyed so much we bought into dvc on the spot at boardwalk. Ther was absolutely no pressure at all from our club guide he was shocked when we said yes right away. We have been twice so far and i know that with the accom- adations we use it has already...

Lets hope the company can get through this and start focusing on the real issue of making MAGIC once again. HEADING TO BWV END OF MARCH YAHOOOOOO.
