We will be there at the same time! Last time we stayed there, we had a nice parking lot view. But at night we could see the EPCOT fireworks!! Pretty quiet and lots of space. We left the balcony doors open sometimes because the weather was so nice!

We are staying at BV in Feb. Our letter didn't say we could use Stormalong Bay. Only mentioned the Community Hall and the Rose Courtyard. I don't know if the weather will be warm enough for swimming but we would prefer SB to the other pools.
