12pm Safari Time- Cooler in November? Animals Out?

I hear that the animals tend to be out more when it is cooler out, as in you see more animals on the safari. We got in 7am online and did our fast passes, but all they had left was a 12pm slot...We're going at end of November. Curious if anyone has been around that time and did you experience that animals were still out and active? I'm hoping maybe, as it may be cooler at that time of year. Thanks!

It's been awhile since I read about it, and sorry I can't find the article but aside from all the logic seemingly behind the opinions there is no difference in time or season. I had always heard first thing in the morning they were out and about more and it made sense to me. I was proved wrong. If I can find it I'll link it here..

We booked a Mid-November FP for KS just after rope drop, hoping to see more animals than we have before. I don't think we've ever been on KS before 12-1 pm, and it's definitely been hit-or-miss as far as seeing any lions.

We went in mid December last year. We rode it in the morning and saw several animals. But then we rode it again later in the day, with our FPs. There were the same amount of animals but they were much more active in the late afternoon. I vividly remember watching giraffes running up and down a hill. Enjoy!!!
