Disney reservations is a huge call center, they also make plenty of mistakes...either way TA or Disney directly just keep an eye on things.

You should look into Art of Animation. It's new and they have family suites.

I wouldn't recommend it, it was like quick service Italian, with much higher prices.

I find the web site way too confusing! There are things travel agents know that the web site doesn't tell you. I would look for an authorized Disney vacation planner
