To make it easier for you...book at a Disney value resort...you will be much happier. The theming of the value resorts some will say is "too tacky," but I think they're great. Look at Pop Century or Sports for the first couple of nights and then finish off at the Poly. Easy right??

Saturday was super crowded...it's just the time of year. We luckily had fast passes for Jingle Cruise so only had to wait about 20 minutes. Stand by at the time was over 120 minutes.

I found a Poly contract good for 48 years, 200 points at $163/point resale. That really isn't a bad deal at all.

I actually found a 2068 Copper Creek resale contract online for $153/point. Not too shabby.

I think that and the fact that you probably can't get a 50 year contract resale. I did a quick search and everything I found was less than 50 years.

You can't buy 50 years resale correct?

I would just have to be patient or hope to find a direct contract at the same resort that I bought resale. For me, I'll take the ease of buying all direct. I also plan on buying outright and not financing.

We're looking to buy 200 points. If Iwere to buy resale, I'd have to buy at least 125 points and then buy on 75 points direct through Disney in order to get the perks. Then I'd be stuck with potentially different use years or have to wait to buy the 75 points. For us, it makes more sense to...
