    Eating in the bathroom

This is a really crappy thread! I have seen someone sitting on the sink/vanity thingy at the Sci - Fi dine in bathroom washing his feet, THAT made me gag, not as bad as eating in there but still pretty gross.

What's the most surprising thing you've seen at Disney

I walked into the mens room at Sci-Fi Dine in at Hollywood Studios and saw a guy in there washing his feet in the sink, had his shoes off and one foot in the sink scrubbing away, thought it was kinda weird!

What is the Little Mermaid missing?

My Wife, Stepson and I went on it pretty soon after in opened, I agree with pretty much everything said here. We absolutely loved the queue/exterior but the the ride itself was a let down, just felt that it could've been done so much better. The weird kind of blank/empty transitions between...

Possible Changes coming to the Guest Assistance Cards (GAC)

You should not feel guitly about using the GAC at all, I've had 6 operations on my back and 2 on my neck all since 2001. My wife, 17yr old Stepson and I have season passes and we've been to WDW about 12 times or so in the past 11 months. I've gotten the GAC every time we've gone, I have the same...

    PA to WDW...train versus plane?

They did have blankets for sale for $15 I think it was but by the time we went to buy them they were sold out lol They did hand out pillows for free but they were pretty small and thin. I am definitely a "train guy". I loved trains as a kid and still do, I'm now 48yrs old.

    PA to WDW...train versus plane?

My Wife, 17yr old Stepson and I recently took Amtrak from Tampa FL - Newark NJ, I've taken the train several times in the past, up and down the East Coast, and I love it. I find the seats pretty comfortable and I have a VERY bad back, 6 back operations and 2 neck operations in the past 12yrs...

    *Sigh* It's bittersweet

I kinda have the complete opposite of most people on here, now don't anyone kill me for this, seems like I've gone to Disney World to many times and I've kinda burnt out on it! (remember, don't kill me) I now live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida about 1 1/2 hrs from Disney. We have annual...

Possible Changes coming to the Guest Assistance Cards (GAC)

I would be glad to "prove" that I have a disability if need be, from my experience, most people that have a legit disability wouldn't have any problem with proving, being a note from your doc. or whatever. I know that the laws in the U.S. don't allow that even though that seems like it would be...

Possible Changes coming to the Guest Assistance Cards (GAC)

I have MAJOR problems standing for more then about 15 mins. or so. I've had 6 operations on my back and 2 on my neck, multiple fusions and hardware in my low back, mid back and neck. Just looking at me you wouldn't know that I have any medical condition (well, usually by the end of the day I'm...

Have you been down with a Herniated Disc

I'm 48yrs old and have had 6 back operations and 2 neck operations, all since 2001. I had a work injury, went to court and am now out of work on permanent disability with Social Security Disability and a Structured Settlement. The reason I had so many operations was that I had 2 herniated discs...

Do some people take it for granted?

I live south of Tampa, about a 1 1/2hr. ride from WDW. My Wife, Myself and 16yr old stepson go to WDW about once a month or so with our annual passes. It's nice to just go over there for a few hrs if we want, nice to wake up in the morning and make a last minute decision if we're gonna go over...

Guests Injured By Falling Light On Expedition Everest

I really hate when people blatantly lie about things that have to do with Universal, people have blinders and pixie dust about their precious, wonderful, Walt Disney World. Do I like Disney? definitely, as a matter of fact my family lives 1 1/2 hrs away from Orlando and we have Florida Resident...

Problem with CM at Animal Kingdom.

Thanks for all the responses and sorry it took so long for me to post a reply, real life got in the way of me getting back on here (hate when that happens!) I have no idea what a photo cell gate is so I couldn't answer the question about that. This was my first time ever using the GAC so it was...

Problem with CM at Animal Kingdom.

This is the card that was issued to me, I was told at Guest Relations to just show this card to a CM at the entrance to whatever ride I'm going on and the CM would send me where I have to go. I wasn't even worried about getting to the front of the line, I would've even waited longer if that is...

Problem with CM at Animal Kingdom.

Hello all, new member to the forums, long time lurker. I live in the Tampa Bay area, myself, wife and 16yr old stepson are first time ever annual season pass holders to Disney, we've had our passes for 2 1/2 months now and made our 3rd trip to WDW since we've had our passes, yesterday. I'm...
