Yes, but it needs to be both. The bridges over the water help, but at the end of the day people still have to be able to move around the park even when a parade is going on.

Sorry if this is controversial, but this walkway does get insanely crowded with the parade, so I am hoping these can either be relocated or repositioned to open up that space. Course the path from Big Thunder to HM will be the real game changer.

I still they want this open sooner rather than later. The permit might just be to buy them more time but they have every reason to get this opened quickly.
