Likely credit cards, but this is normal for fine dining. It may not be your thing, but Michelin Star dining is truly another level of dining experience. I paid a little more than that with no wine paring in Japan and Europe. 3 Michelin stars is even crazier.

I know you were joking, but you can literally make anything a career if you're good at it. There are professional servers that make well into the 6 figures and do a fantastic job elevating guest experiences. If you take your job seriously and do good work, the sky is the limit.

The quality of food at Topolino's I'd say is easily the top at WDW, at least it was. The chefs also know how to cook.

The process is completely based on favoritism and obviously a lot of subjectivity. The fact the restaurant was at Disney didn't help because the idea was it couldn't stand on its own as Michelin Star quality experience. Rather, it needed to be at Disney to be successful.

It's awful compared to the original Test Track, which actually made sense and had a thematic vibe which reflected the essence of EPCOT. Now, it's more of a sales experience for GM. It's also constantly broken and I don't think I've ever seen it 100% working.
