Felt the same way about 'Ohana; always was a favorite and a must-do. Had the same impression during an August, 2019 visit. Just wasn't as good as it had been in the past.

Had it in August at the Biergarten window. Do not know if it is available in restaurant. Good stuff.

Do something that's bright. Don't go in a dark ride first. A few years ago, we went down with my buddy's family when his youngest was 5. First ride was SSE and it ruined him for rides the rest of the trip. He didn't like how dark it was.

Would love to see an expansion of the pixar area at HS. Would give a degree of flexibility in theming as it would not center around one film or character

Food isn't very good but it is worth at least one visit because it is a cool place to see.

Only been to Saratoga Springs once for one night and my favorite memory of the place is the paddock pool. They had these great homemade potato chips at the pool snack stand/bar. May want to put an order or two on your to do list

Not for nothing but don't forget about the wine and food festival at epcot in Oct. May want to forego a reservation or two and break the CS or TS into snacks and hit the kiosks.

We had a great experience and a very good meal at BOG in Jan. We were pleased not only with the atmosphere and CMs, but thought the food was very good also.
