    Breakfast costs...

Thanks! That answered my question perfectly! Looks like it will be much more cost effective to send the amazon box!

    Breakfast costs...

Can anyone tell me how much a mini box of cereal and a carton of milk costs at the resorts? I'm trying to decide if it is worthwhile to send an amazon pantry box down with breakfast items. We are staying at contemporary for 2 days and BLT for 5. Thanks!

Interim show 'The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic' confirmed to debut ahead of Rivers of Light

I haven't done the fantasmic dining package in a while. Do they typically let dining package people in first? Or is everyone just mixed in together?

Interim show 'The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic' confirmed to debut ahead of Rivers of Light

I was able to book 11 people for dinner at tusker house package on Aug 5th. I had 2 choices for dinner times and it automatically assigned us the 1st showing. Does anyone think there is a better seat preference between dining package and fastpasses? Figured I would do dining package for us so I...

Things you send ahead from amazon.com

Sent diapers, wipes, and baby food for my 1 yr old last august. In addition to this I sent munchie type stuff (goldfish, animal crackers, Cheerios) and a little bottle of dish soap to clean out sippy cups. After a week in the hot weather those things get gross and hand soap just doesn't do the...

    Sick/Injured While At WDW

About 6 yrs ago my husband and I went for a week long trip. When we left chicago I had a bad cold but something I could manage. We had a connecting flight through Dallas and by the time we landed I thought my sinuses were going to explode. After 1 night of no sleep and pacing our hotel room...

    Best Spot for Electric parade

I agree that the 2nd parade is always better (we do this even with a 4 and 2 yr old). We like the area in Liberty Square where the parade route turns to go towards frontier land. There are some rock walls that we have been able to sit on instead of the curb and there is a place that sells...

Chef mickey or mickey backyard BBQ?

The BBQ is great! We enjoyed it way more then chef mickeys. Only down side is getting there. We were staying at the contemporary and planned on taking the boat there but because of storms it wasn't running. Ended up we got the hotel to drive us over in a big club van (there were 10 of us)...

My 3 year old hated the fireworks and the nice cast members at the little mermaid ride let us stay on and ride around twice until they were over.

    Splitting dinner bill

Thanks everyone! This will make it soooo much easier than trying to figure out how much to reimburse each other if one family paid the whole check.

    Splitting dinner bill

We will be arriving next week for our big family trip. We have multiple dinner reservations for all 10 of us (garden grill, chef mickeys and Sanaa). Can we split the check so each family pays their own portion of the bill? And if so, can we charge it to our room (each family has their own room)?

    Back Pack as Diaper Bag

We use a small north face back pack that I purchased at Dick's for $25 for both my boys (3.5 yrs old and 11 months). I can fit diapers, wipes, change of clothes, food, 2 bottles in 2 side pockets, etc. I then have 2 carabiners to clip it to the handle of my stroller. When we go on rides we...

    Rent or bring our stroller?

Last year we brought our jeep Cherokee stroller for my 2 1/2 yr old.. The best thing is that it folds in 2 seconds with one hand! I have 2 clips on the handle so I can clip a small north face back pack to the stroller. This year I'm bringing 2 of these same strollers (my parents have an...

    Taking a Car Seat?

We have a britax boulevard car seat and it works fine on the plane. They also sell a cart that it clips to so instead of carrying it throughout the airport it can be rolled like a piece of luggage. I have used if with a 12 month old and a 18 month old. I highly recommend buying a seat for...

    Cloth Diapers

I had to buy diapers at AKL last year because we ran out. They are expensive and only have small packs, not big cases. This year I am going to have my diapers shipped from Amazon directly to the Contemporary using my subscribe and save and prime membership.
