Just got back from the World. Was wondering who employs the CMs at the various locations run by Starbucks? Is it WDC or is it Starbucks? I know, I know, probably a dumb question.

I just finished reading this book. It was ecellent! I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the Disney style of management, or if you are if you are interesting in management. Perhaps a few CMs who might have read it could chime in as well?:shrug...
