I took both of my children to the parks at around 10-11 months of age. The only advice I have is this... it's easy to carry a baby into the lines at Disney when they are young and light.. AND a child of about 2.5-3 can ride in the stroller and then stand up and walk through the line holding...

Dec is great but the crowds do increase dramatically as the week of Christmas approaches. You'll just be hitting that on your last day or so.

I have to agree with Yoda :) First 2 weeks in Dec has always been my favorite time of year to go. Crowds are light, Christmas is in the air, and the weather is mild. It's become so that it's not Christmas to me without a trip to Disney. :xmas:
