Long time, no see! Good to see everyone sticking to their training for upcoming races. Hard to believe Marathon weekend is 3 weeks away. Most of us will be in taper mode after this weekend.

This weekend was great. 7 miles on Saturday @ 11:13 pace and 10 miles on Sunday @ 11:40 pace. Sunday was a run/walk day. 2/1 intervals for the first 7 miles then dropped to 1/1 for the next 2. The last mile was all run. Saturday was great. Sunday's wasn't bad. I wasn't sure if I was going to...

Big difference in the medals is the 10k, half and marathon has a "cut out" on the medal. If you look closely, you can see it. I don't remember if Dopey had the cut out last year or not.
