SGT, there is a new Mickey plush that is a policeman. It is not the Security Mickey plush, but an actual Police officer, blue uniform with badge and hat. The hat has an NYPD type badge if I remember right, that lights up with a red LED. Saw it at Epcot last night at American Adventure.

MKT, Disney Security, starting this year, every Security CM went through training to be licensed by the state of FL. As of January, they must have their license to continue to work for the security dept, no matter where, office or field work.

Might I ask how long you have worked at the resort call center Merf? Since you obviously know that they are no long training their cast members to still use this phrase? Oh wait...they are...hmm..strange.

Merf, when was the last time you called the WDW Resort line? That is their standard sign off phrase. Above the door as you enter their building, it actually says "Have A Magical Shift." I should know, my wife works there.
