    Hurricane Milton coming to FL

I still have power but wow is it crazy out there right now. I can hear stuff hitting but am unable to see outside. I have a feeling my pool cage is damaged.

    Hurricane Milton coming to FL

I would not stay at my house. I would go to a Hotel, friends house, or shelter. I saw how fast the storm surge came with Helene. It’s devastating and not to be messed with.

    Hurricane Milton coming to FL

Sarasota is the closest place people recognize. I’m actually in South Lakewood Ranch, about 20 miles inland. I’m not in an evac zone. I’m in law enforcement and am very aware of where the zones are.

    Hurricane Milton coming to FL

Greetings from Sarasota. We have our hurricane shutters up and now nothing to do but wait. They have the eye going directly over my house. Hopefully it moves. Stay safe everyone.

Is attendance really down at WDW this or…

I was at MK for most the morning and I agree, it was awful. Aside from a new years trip in 2016, it was the busiest I have ever seen it. I was told by the tram attendants that getting through security at the TTC would be 45-60 minutes, so I just walked to the Poly and avoided it.

Is attendance really down at WDW this or…

My family and I spent the last week at Disney. We almost always go mid June and it felt just as busy as it always has (minus the Covid years). As someone who loves Disney, and travels there multiple times per year, my wife and I have decided to scale back and go do something else. I don’t mind...

News Disney Dining Plan Returns in 2024

It looks like Geyser Point is no longer a quick service credit. That was my favorite place to use it. That sucks.

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

I was in the virtual queue for 6 hours yesterday and when I finally got through I was unable to upgrade my annual pass. I called this morning and got through to an agent within 15 minutes and did it. The hold music sucks now. I think it was just “you are the magic” on repeat.

It’s not possible. UO can build an entire theme park before Disney can make a walk though water area.
