Up until now Moderates have gotten the regular Dining Plan for the free promotion (at least for those of us here in the US).

Came back to our room today (Alligator Bayou #36) and Mousekeeping had left a flyer with instructions for connecting to in-room Wi-Fi. The network wasn't there earlier this week, so they must have just rolled it out.
