Which movie is the "Sha La La" song from?

My wife has a Disney compellation she listens to at the day care she works at. On this compellation is a "Sha La La" song from the Carpenters. She knows there is Kiss the Girl from The Little Mermaid, but she is wondering if there is an older classic Disney Movie the song might be from?

Councilperson Dr. Jose Moreno proposes $1 gate tax for the DLR and other venues - Failed a second time, but still very much alive.

Well, I was wrong it wasn't $100 it was $275 per person. I have already scene its first casualty. One of my friends, who I have known her since High School, is now in the middle of moving to the San Jose Area. Here employer a certain freshly taxed corporation, is moving her and her family to...

Voyage of the Little Mermaid is done, won't reopen with the parks.

Isn't it customary for Disney to open new attractions, and close down under performing or expensive show/rides to transfer operation capital to the new ride or area?

    Frozen vs. Maelstrom

I never got to be at Epcot for Maelstrom, and I have not been back for Frozen. I have watched both ride video's and find them equally fun. I am a person who enjoys history, I would have enjoyed historical ride. I also enjoy the very well themed frozen with high end upgraded animatronics. So, as...

A look at the Haunted Mansion revised pre-show

What do you think will be the plan for Disneyland, where the stretching room is an elevator to get below the train track level? Use the back stage stairs?

Do you think that Disney world will reclose its gates due to the rising number of COVID cases in Florida and around the country?

I don't think everyone believes that the pandemic is not real. I have read too many facebook posts to say not everyone believes that. I very much believe that precaution's should be taken, but at what level, and what gear? Even Bill Nye has proven not all masks are equal. I agree even a flimsy...

Do you think that Disney world will reclose its gates due to the rising number of COVID cases in Florida and around the country?

I can attest that my brother in law did not die of COVID-19, but the County ME was being pushed by the State and County to mark as a COVID-19 death. Especially toward the beginning. Since each COVID death was additional federal funding against it. I can not take any number's at face value. Will...

Councilperson Dr. Jose Moreno proposes $1 gate tax for the DLR and other venues - Failed a second time, but still very much alive.

@Darkbeer1 anything is possible at this time in history. Seattle's socialist council woman passed a $100 per employee tax and blatantly called it the Amazon Tax.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

Granted it is not the 3+ hours I stood in opening summer. When the rest of the rides were walk on, it is still a wait compared to walk on times across the park.

Do you think that Disney world will reclose its gates due to the rising number of COVID cases in Florida and around the country?

All I know is that just having Downtown Disney open on this coast, I see every major blogger enjoying just getting to be immersed in Disney. The fact that you have parks opening, is great. There is a lot of negative going around, and I for one would like to see more positive. I doubt Disney...

    wearing face masks?

My wife can't stand wearing a light mask for work, and like many don't want to wear it around, except for short trips to the store. She even leaves me to check out so she can go sit out in the car. She for one would have a hard time going to Disney unless it was free and clear with out Covid-19...

A Brief and Incomplete History of Splash Mountain

Thanks for the post. I remember Rufus, but then that was for when Country Bear Jamboree used to be across the way. Rufus used to operate the spot lights in that show. It was always the little attention to details that make Disney so awesome.

    wearing face masks?

The plan is to take your photo with a big happy smile as you enter the park and then at every photo pass and ride photo it will be incepted over the mask face. This way, the masks can go on indefinatly.
