Complete Rundown of Victoria and Albert's

Tim Tracker has just posted a video of their trip to V&A. Jenn said they were happy to explain all the cutlery etc.

Complete Rundown of Victoria and Albert's

Fingers crossed!! Sorry you had a bad experience though. I can probably narrow down what would be a complete no no to be "No tentacles or molluscs" so hopefully those are some parameters they can work with without being too restrictive.

Complete Rundown of Victoria and Albert's

Has anyone been since they changed the menu in July to be one menu with between 7 and 12 courses regardless of if in main dining room or QV room? We ate in the main dining room back in 2015 and I seem to remember we had options on some courses plus a vegetarian menu but more recent menus seem...

Best Water Park for Solo Traveller

Hi Everyone I'm after a bit of advice. My husband and I are going to go our separate ways for a day so that he can enjoy all the motion simulator rides at Universal that make me sick, whilst I can enjoy a water park which is his idea of hell! My initial thought was that as we have HHN tickets...

Making the most of DLP from the UK

Hotel L'Elysee is our favourite - it's a partner hotel but much cheaper to book direct with them or on Expedia/Booking.com. We also stayed at Residhome for FanDaze. Nice aparthotel with a balcony in the room. Not as good as L'Elysee but would happily stay there again. If you want really budget...

    Getting Annual Pass from UK.

    Yes, definitely.

    Dlp Fan Daze

We queued for almost 3 hrs for the second slot for Heroes and Villains and were part of the last group they let in. It was good but TBH most of them were from films I wasn't that into. And the group's of characters swapped over peridoically. Having being taunted by Robin Hood music whilst in the...

    Getting Annual Pass from UK.

It costs the same I think but we tried to do this and had issues as requires. SEPA debit rather than direct debit. Two of our banks wouldn't do it and the other was going to charge for each transaction. Ended up calling them and paying over the phone.

    Garden Grill for Breakfast?

We loved Garden Grill for breakfast when we went a couple of years ago. For our upcoming trip in October we've tried to have as few repeats as possible but GG breakfast is one of the few we're doing again because we liked it so much!

EPCOT Inside Out to Replace Journey into Imagination with Figment?

C ticket seems a little harsh for Ratatouille. It might not be an E-ticket but the trackless vehicles are great, i'd say it's a solid D. I'd rank it as my second favourite ride at Disney Studios Park (after Crush's Coaster). Think Transformers at Universal but trackless.

Difficulty booking 6 months in advance?

Our booking window opened on Monday for our trip 13th to 27th October and we got everything we wanted including Be Our Guest and Dine With An Imagineer both in the first few days of our trip. I've just had a look at availability for the restaurants you mentioned on 25th Oct and they all have...

    Dine with an Imagineer

That's our worry as well. I read a review where someone else had Pam Rawlins and it got me a bit concerned that she did loads of them so part of the aim of this thread was to reassure myself the odds of a repeat aren't that great. Saying that, wouldn't be the end of the world if we got her...

    Dine with an Imagineer

That's wonderful thank you. I thought I'd done a thorough search for anything recent but clearly my searching skills leave something to be desired.

    Dine with an Imagineer

Just managed to get reservations for this for our trip in October so been looking around for details about it as I'm pretty excited! We did it back in 2016 and our Imagineer was Pam Rawlins and she was great! She worked on New Fantasyland and currently on Toy Story Land. There's not a lot of...

    Snacks

We flew to Canada from Manchester with Icelandair. All very smooth. Keflavik airport is lovely but pretty expensive for food and drink..though if he's already in Disney price mindset it'll seem normal!

    Thoughts on Saratoga Spings??

We stayed at SSR for 2 weeks in 2016 and have said we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, in fact we're going back again in October. Transport times were comparable, if not better, than Caribbean Beach which is our only other comparison. But for us the biggest asset was the ability to just...

    Dumbo & Main Street Updates

Any update on when the fencing will be down around Partners? My husband and I have our first DL trip next week (from the UK so we're around for 2 weeks in total). On our first trip to MK Partners was in a box. This is feeling very much like deja vu.

News Disney to pilot electronic-only transactions at its resort hotels

I have no problem with this and I'm from the UK. We have 2 credit cards with no fee foreign transactions and the exchange rate is always better than when buying cash.

    Town Center Christmas Tree event?

Anyone know what's happening at the Christmas tree in Town Center today? There is a red carpet out and some temporary lighting as well as lots of important looking people. I know there's a lighting ceremony each day but this looks more temporary than that.
