Dine with an Imagineer

Just managed to get reservations for this for our trip in October so been looking around for details about it as I'm pretty excited!

We did it back in 2016 and our Imagineer was Pam Rawlins and she was great! She worked on New Fantasyland and currently on Toy Story Land.

There's not a lot of detail out there about this experience, I guess due to there only being 30 spots a week so I thought it might be good if people could share their experiences.

Who was your Imagineer? What have they worked on?

Also, anyone know the current price? I seem to remember it was about $85 last time we did it.

Cheers

I did the Dine with Imagineer a couple years ago and had a great time. There were only 12 of us at the lunch, so it as a nice sized group. My Imagineer was Cindy Cote. I remember her talking about the early days of MGM Studios, shared stories of working with some notable imagineers and Eisner, and now she does designing (like interior design) of some attraction and guest spaces.

I looked up my notes and I didn't write down anything about price but $85 does seem about right. I was given a plate signed by her. I have this booked again for July. I'm looking forward to it, but nervous that for some reason I'll get the same Imagineer!

That's our worry as well. I read a review where someone else had Pam Rawlins and it got me a bit concerned that she did loads of them so part of the aim of this thread was to reassure myself the odds of a repeat aren't that great.

Saying that, wouldn't be the end of the world if we got her again as she could actually talk about Toy Story Land this time.

My husband is hoping for someone working on Star Wars Land but I think he may be disappointed.

Yes, pretty sure that's what we paid last time but I realised that it didn't mention a price anywhere on the site, even when booking the ADR and wondered if the price may have increased as it seems to be for everything else.
