This isn't my idea, but I think I remember someone on So You Want to Be an Imagineer? (RIP) doing a flying pirate ship from Peter Pan, suspended between mountains similarly to how the Avatar mountains at Animal Kingdom are being constructed, as the icon for a Magic Kingdom-style park.

I agree that Soarin' over the World would be much cooler than Soarin' over Canada. I always thought Canada was a weird choice for World Showcase anyway, being so similar to the U.S. (besides Quebec.) I love the Rhine River Cruise idea, because I always wish they had actually built it in Epcot...

Yeah, I was imagining boats similar to the Plaza Swan Boats. I never rode them, but the idea of having that kinetic energy in the hub always interested me, and I imagine they gave a unique view of the castle.

I don't think adding Peter Pan's Flight is a good idea, as there are already three inverted dark rides in the park (Up, Little Mermaid and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.) An Alice in Wonderland ride could fit in, but I think there are enough attractions as it is. Thank you for the suggestions!
