Personally, especially from my point of view, no one is viewing the promotion in a negative light. It was a great idea. People just think more could be done. Does that change the fact that it was a good promotion? No. But I wasn't going to sit around and get bashed or flamed for saying that...

I acknowledged it was a great promotion when the promotion was announced. I didn't think I had to do it again. And not following my posts? Oh...I don't think that's true.;)

Not trying to seem like a victim. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of a lot of posters.:wave: It's a great start. But I think they could have gone further to show how great volunteering is to a broader base. Sorry that I actually want MORE volunteers. I don't see what the problem is.:shrug:

The promotion was a great idea. I said so when it came about.:wave: But of course I said something slightly bad about it so it's just the "same old negativity". If someone like Martin, or Lee, or Tirian said something of the same vein, people would have been completely okay with it.

I'd like to see some literature on that. Because I talked to tons of people who got in free everyday I worked.

Sorry, that's a poor excuse, IMO. They let anyone and everyone who showed up on their birthday last year.

These threads always make me sad.

Here's my personal problem with cutting it off at 1 million. Yes, the idea is for people to volunteer ad help out their community. But personally, it takes a lot for most people to get off their butts and experience how great helping out the community really is. I'll use the anecdotal story...

These words aren't used often when talking to you, but I agree. Although, I do enjoy the story/theming behind the trek over the 7 Seas Lagoon for entering the MK. Even though that's been killed by the bus system.:rolleyes:

Honestly, that trailer gave me goosebumps. I haven't been this excited to see a Disney movie, and this is the first time in a long time I'm actually excited to see a Disney movie. And if this is as big as I think it will be, I really think we have a shot of getting our first grown up ride...

The TTC needs some serious work. Considering how it's the first thing most people see that's park related, it's pretty embarrassing in it's current state.

Well, it wasn't going to be a true "park". It was going to be a Discovery Cove type of experience.
