How far in advance can you book a FP+ for Be Our Guest Lunch?

I was able to log in, see the first seven days of my trip, but as expected couldn't select a time. Given that I'm 53 days out, not surprising, so I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks!!

How far in advance can you book a FP+ for Be Our Guest Lunch?

When you say it's opening XX days out, where are you seeing the option? Are you getting emails, or is it just suddenly showing up in Fastpass options? I'm still over 50 days out, but am curious what the process looks like so I can be on the alert :) Thanks!!

Staying at POP and I'm concerned

I'm a topic hijacker, but I was considering bringing my own coffee maker when we stay there in Nov. and heard that it's a no no for fire reasons or some such - is this something people have been able to do regularly without a problem? Thanks :)

    Double Stroller Suggestions

Another (late) vote for the double city mini - you may be able to grab one used for around the same price as renting, I love mine! My daughter is tall for her age, I think she's 38 inches and she has plenty of room left to grow. The best part is, they're only 36 inches wide or something crazy...

I want a (insert color) MagicBand!

I'm also on the purple wagon, mostly because (as some others have mentioned) it was in the original promos and I was really let down that it wasn't available. I hope everyone saying it's coming is correct, because I obviously have time before my next trip (171 days I think?) Mint and coral...

To nap or not to nap...

I'm not sure there's any way to effectively simulate a Disney trip, unfortunately, and not only are kids different from each other, but also seem to have very different needs at the World, even from their normal selves. That being said, the absolute best thing you can do is go in to the trip...

    6 month old must haves?

This is slightly off-topic and I don't mean to hijack, but when using a carrier, can baby stay in for the rides? Back to topic, I'd bring some travel packs of laundry detergent, too, in the off chance you need to do laundry... Also, I typically make my own baby food, but those re-sealable...

    Disneyworld and claustrophobia

All of this. M:S is the only ride I simply cannot do without a panic attack. This too. I'm 5 feet even, and the wall to wall crowds during closing (esp with small children) make me crazy. Arriving early is a good tip, take breaks mid-day, and at night you can leave early, but you can also wait...

Chicco Stroller, Jogging stroller or umbrella stroller???

We used a single city mini last time we went, and liked it so much that we purchased the double (used) for our next trip. SUPER easy to collapse, not too expensive, huge sun shades, and the double is actually only 3 inches wider than the single (not that you asked about that part ;)) I think...

    Planning with autistic adult

My experience may not be relevant since my brother (28, autistic & down's) looks a little different (but not like a typical down's diagnosis), but people seemed more than happy to give up a seat to someone who physically could not hold on. It never hurts to ask, and even if his appearance is...

It's official!!! I'm going back.. November here we come!!

We're there Nov 9-19, and ALMOST flew because flights from Hartford were $209 on JetBlue (1 free personal item, carry on, and checked bag per person). We like driving too much, but it was tempting!!

    Stroller advice

I think you'll be fine with the double, the 4 year old probably won't need to ride often, but a carrier is a good idea for a backup (I'm not sure I'd pick a wrap depending on how hot it would be for you and baby, I love my Ergo for longer wearing once baby is more than a few months old). You...

Are others shocked by your Disney Side...?

I definitely think our friends think we're crazy for going as often and long as we do, and it probably seemed like a strange honeymoon since people don't think of it as a place that adults go without kids. Some people spend their money on nicer cars and whatnot, this is just what makes us happy...

    Creme Brulee French Toast

I pride myself on the fact that I managed to eat a different creme brulee each day we were there on our honeymoon (10 days), and I'm ashamed that I missed this... I'll have to fix that in Nov!

BoG Lunchtime Line - Standby vs. Fastpass

Good to know about the fastpasses, as that would be ideal. We were there shortly after it opened and the line for lunch was over 2 hours, so we skipped it. I'm also a little perplexed at how the line actually works, since most QS locations you just go to the counter and then go find your table...

BoG Lunchtime Line - Standby vs. Fastpass

Hi all - I've heard rumors of BoG fastpasses for lunch, but since our trip isn't until November, I don't necessarily expect that to still be going on or if it becomes widely available, we may not be able to get one. I was wondering if anyone that has been down there recently recalls how long the...

How Are the Cabins at Ft. Wilderness?

We stayed at the cabins for a week last year with 6 adults and one toddler. Plenty of space for everyone, but I second the issue with one bathroom. We drove so didn't have any issues with park transportation, and we loved to boat to the Magic Kingdom, even if it meant a very short wait and short...

    How to: Trip Countdown

I feel like an idiot for asking, I just found it. I thought it took more code, never saw the buttons :p
