Looking over this thread, I see choices like Sunshine Seasons, Flame Tree, and Columbia Harbor House, which routinely get put on everybody's best counter service lists. I don't know if I'd call any of those underrated.

I'm dying to try the mac&cheese at Wolfang Puck Express. There's a pic of it on my mac&cheese thread that is mouth watering to me.
My all time favorite qs has to be at BOG and it's the turkey sand. Really good bread. Really good turkey breast meat, like the kind carved from a real roasted turkey breast. Think it had a tad of horseradish dressing on it and a few leaves of arugula lettuce. Could have used a mayo pack because I love mayo on sandwiches. But just they way it was i enjoyed every bite of it.
